Our document management system can be used to support your business processes. In case you expect to receive documents from your supplier or customer

you can easily create an expected receipt. Additional you can edit and sign this receipts and provide with a platform to interact with your business partners.

We provide a setup page where you can adjust which document types are saved. Furthermore there is a trigger to save printed documents, if needed.

The linked files are easy accessible with Drag & Drop feature and we can provide a range of different file types that can be linked. Eventually we will support your departments so they are interconnected with each other and all stakeholder are kept up to date
